Schedule

The team will stay organized during the process of the project with the use of the Gantt chart. The Gantt chart shows detail of each week of what the team will be doing. Each week, the Gantt chart will be updated and posted to show the progress as the year moves on. The schedule is important because of the visual representation of the team stay organized. If the team were ever to fall behind, the schedule will help in finding the cause and solution to stay on track. The fall quarter will be sectioned out into different parts. Each week, the team will provide a newly completed portion of the chart as seen below.  Now that the team progressed through the fall quarter, they are now enrolled in winter. This means they are now constructing parts for the project.

As spring quarter progresses, scheduling will be a very important part of the project. Now that the construction has been completed, the team will now execute the testing phase. Time management will be the most important part of testing since they will prove that the requirements are up to standard. throughout the project, the Gantt chart has been helpful with keeping the team on track with different tasks for each week. the updated chart below will give an accurate representation of what tasks have been completed.
