Budget

The budget will be up to the team to keep track of spending, wants, and needs. It is important to keep track because of the ease of overspending and overusing time on building parts that they don't need. The more efficient the budget, the more efficient the team will be. The figure below indicates where the team stands on the budget. Table 4-1 shows the most current budget as of 1/27/23. The cost of CNC, 3D-Printer, and the Plasma cutter are at a cost of $0 because the material will be provided by CWU.

With the updated budget for the spring quarter, the team has used 70% of the budget. They did not want to use all of the funds to ensure that they will have enough money to do so if they need more parts or replacement parts. Luckily, most of the purchased parts that are in use right now were donated which did not affect the budget. The biggest change in the budget was the labor costs. The team will not collect payment for labor costs. The total amount of the project will be $1,300.
